The customer contacted us in regards to a her partially finished basement she requested that we pour a foundation footer and build a wall to encapsulation the dirt portion of the basement, she also wanted a retaining wall and partition wall built between the finished space and the dirt space. We dugout and install a foundation footer to build side was to the property basement, we also poured a retaining wall to prevent the dirt space from continuing to fall into the finished side of the basement space, we also encapsulated the dirt side of the basement, and built a partition wall to separate the dirt space from the finished basement portion.
