Joe had standing water on his basement floor due to hydrostatic pressure. We installed our quik Flo drainage system, a crock basin, 3/4 hp stainless steel sump pump, a battery backup system with 24/7 smart wifi pump monitoring, and encapsulated his basement walls and drilled weep holes at the bottom cinder blocks and redirected the water into our interior basement drainage system. This allowed them to use this as storage space without their belongings getting wet and in the future, turning it into a finished basement space.

we had to prep the waterproofing system area by removing wooden shelving, carpeting, and then subfloor to expose the concrete at which point we jackhammered roughly 10 inches off the foundation wall, We installed our quik Flo drainage channel track system and pitched it back to a new sump pump crock basin, we drilled weep holes along the exterior concrete cinder blocks in order to drain the cinder block pockets and reduce the exterior wall water pressure, we then installed our channel cove product to divert the wall water into our basement drainage system. we led the track system in the crock basin and discharge the water through the brick foundation wall using a concrete hole saw bit. this drain discharge line included running roughly 30 feet from the building. upon completion of the basement waterproofing system great lakes waterproofing then install a new subfloor and carpet tiles, reinstalled the wooden shelving and wood trim, and scraped and painted to efflorescent chipping paint areas in another section of the library basement.
