we encapsulated his entire basement with our flexi-seal wall vapor barrier product. we also installed a aprilaire dehumidifier e100 series which has the capabilities of pulling up to 100 pints per day of moisture out the air. we also dug down two window wells and installed drainage stone as the water could not drain fast enough and water pooling against the basement windows. as a preventative measure we also treated dan's basement for mold with a commercial mold spray treatment.

first we removed the staircase going into the basement in the bilco door area, we then jackhammered the existing concrete floor out exposing the footer, we dugout the area inside the footer space and installed our crock, sump pump, and track drainage system, before concrete the floor back in we driller perimeter weep holes in the concrete blocks to drain the wall water and install our channel cove water diverter to redirect the wall water back to our track system. we then concreted the floor back sloping away from the basement door this time. we ran over 50 feet of pvc drainage to discharge the water away from the home.
